OUR RETURN POLICY:
Our online return policy lasts 14 days from the day you make your purchase. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not accept your return. Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached.
To return an item, you will need to fill out a return request form, that is included in your shipment, receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an in store credit ONLY will be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed in a second box to protect from further transport damage.
Exchanges are very limited due to the fact our inventory sells out quickly. If you desire to exchange your item for a different size, please place a new order online for the correct size if we still have it available. This will ensure the item is not sold out by the time we receive you return. Please note we are unable to hold un-purchased product during the return shipping process. After you purchase the item in the correct size, you will need to submit a return request for the first order. Once we receive your item back to our shop we can refund to your original payment or give you store credit.
